BASIC SF 25

Economic self-levelling, polymer-modified cementitious screed

Basic SF 25 is a self-levelling, polymer-modified, cement-based mortar used for flooring applications. It forms a smooth, durable surface suitable for layers 1-10 mm thick.
Used on a large scale to achieve an economical and high-quality surface. Certified according to EN 13813 and classified as CT-C25-F6.
Fields of application
Prepare smooth and even interior concrete, mortar, or terrazzo floors, before laying finishing materials like ceramic tiles, carpets, parquet, vinyl tiles, etc
Precautions
- During the application and initial setting/ hardening of Basic SF 25, the surface must be protected from
quick water loss due to the high temperature, UV radiation, or wind.
- Expansion joints should be placed at every 25 m², in a maximum of 5x5 m grid layout.
- Do not add cement, gypsum, lime, or other binders to the Basic SF 25 mix.
- Temperature during application should be at least +5°C.
- Mixture that has started to harden should not be used.
- Basic Fly SF 25 contains cement and reacts alkaline with water, so it is classified as an irritant.
- Please consult the directions for safe use and precautions written on the packaging before use.

MAX SF 3-30

Fast-setting, self-leveling, polymer-modified cementitious screed

MAX SF 3-30 is a self-leveling, polymer-modified, cement-based mortar used for flooring applications.
It forms a smooth, durable surface suitable for layers 3-30 mm thick.
Certified according to EN 13813 and classified as CT-C30-F7-AR0.5 .
Fields of application
Smoothing and leveling of concrete, screeds, terrazzo, and surfaces covered with ceramic
tiles before installing floor coverings, such as tiles, moquettes, plastic or wooden floors,
marble, natural stone, etc.
• As a final floor coating in basements, attics, warehouses, etc.
• Suitable for floors with underfloor heating. Ideal for fast applications due to its fast-setting property.
• Appropriate for indoor applications
Precautions
- For application to floors with underfloor heating, it is recommended
that expansion contraction joints be cut every 25-30 m² of surface and filled with the appropriate elastic materials.
- During the application and initial setting/ hardening of MAX SF 3-30 , the surface must be protected to prevent quick water loss due to high temperature, UV radiation, or wind.
- Do not add cement, gypsum, lime, or other binders to MAX SF 3-30.
- Temperature during application should be at least +5°C.
- Mixture that has started to harden should not be used.
- Due to cement content, MAX SF 3-30 reacts with water forming alkaline solutions and thus is classified as an irritant.
