Due to its inherent fire resistance, gypsum board, commonly known as drywall is the premier building material for wall, ceiling, and partition systems in residential, institutional, and commercial structures. Designed to provide a monolithic surface when joints and fastener heads are covered with a joint treatment system, gypsum products also provide sound control, economy, versatility, quality, and convenience.

MR H1 is a type of gypsum board that is moisture-resistant and suitable for humid areas, such as bathrooms, kitchens, and basements. It has a green-colored paper facing that indicates its water-repellent property.

Gypsum board MR H3 is a type of gypsum board that is moisture-resistant and suitable for humid areas, such as bathrooms, kitchens, and basements. It has a green-colored paper facing that indicates its water-repellent property. It is also fire-resistant, sound-insulating, economical, and versatile.
Gypsum board FMR is a type of gypsum board that is both fire and moisture resistant. It has a green paper front face and a pink back face, and it contains fiberglass and silicon oil in the core.
It is suitable for interiors exposed to both fire and moisture, such as kitchens, bathrooms, and basements. It has the same advantages as regular gypsum board, such as fire resistance, sound control, economy,
and versatility
Advanced FR is a fire-resistant gypsum board reinforced with fiberglass. The fiberglass acts as a retardant and protection to the board, improving the performance of the system when exposed to intense fire.
Impact is an impact resistant gypsum board reinforced with fiberglass; an ideal solution for ceilings and walls in crowded areas with high strength requirements.
Echo is a perforated gypsum board with a laminated acoustical fleece to its back side. Its core is produced from non-combustible material and offers mechanical stability, which make the board suitable for screw-fastening to drywall framing.
SBGB is a complete sound barrier. Due to its high density and high fiber content, when installed in a partition system, ceiling or dry lining system, sound transmission from one area to another is practically eliminated. SBGB STC rating is designed to reach a sound attenuation up to 75 dB within the system
SAGBOARD REG is a lightweight and hard-edged
plasterboard with enhanced sag resistant properties.
It
is mainly used for interior ceiling applications. The core of the board
consists of a special combination of non-combustible gypsum, reinforced with
fiberglass and special additives.
By
using SAGBOARD REG. , material costs are greatly reduced mainly because of the
lower number of metal frames required for installation (for the same
application area compared with regular types of gypsum boards).
SAGBOARD MR
is a lightweight and hard-edged,
moisture resistant plasterboard with
enhanced
sag resistant properties. It is mainly used for interior ceiling applications.
The
core of the board consists of a special combination of non-combustible gypsum,
reinforced with fiberglass, silicon oil and special additives.
By
using SAGBOARD MR, material costs are greatly reduced
mainly because of the lower number of metal frames required for installation
(for the same application area compared with regular types of gypsum boards).
ROC-BORAD is a noncombustible, waterproof, and mold
resistant gypsum board wrapped by glass mat sheathing on the long edges, and
front and back faces providing additional reinforcement and protection against
weathering.
ROC-BORAD is used as a substrate to exterior
cladding material such as marble, tiles, brick veneer, clapboard, wood shingles
and more. It can withstand heavy wind, rain, and high temperatures.
CORE X BOARD is manufactured with a thick
type X fire-resistant gypsum core. It has enhanced moisture, mold, sound, and
impact resistance properties and is used in shaft wall systems, stairwells, and
lifts wells where high performance is required to provide enhanced safety for
building occupants.
CORE X BOARD has a standard width of 600
mm, thickness of 25 mm, and a length of 3000 mm.
All materials are certified based on ASTM
standards and tested in approved laboratories.
FLEXIBLE-BOARD is a flexible plasterboard
designed to accommodate curved walls and ceilings. Using advanced technology
and special additives FLEXIBLE-BOARD is designed to have a wider bend radius
and superior flexible
properties.
FLEXIBLE-BOARD can be installed over a
timber, metal profiles, and curved masonry walls. It is used to render
aesthetically pleasing architectural effects for interior walls and ceilings.
